Project Outline

The Trade Reporting Programme Central PMO was established to manage the technical delivery of a governance IT project with global scope. 300+ resources, £100m+ annual budget. I joined the programme at the stage where the planning component was being set up.

The role

My role functions were to execute stage 2 of the cycle, and produce and publish the planning deliverables to a very high standard of accuracy and presentation.

To facilitate the functions of my role, I developed a core set of one-click workflow automation tools that ensured the integrity and validity of the data.
